Fig Tree Perfume

This scent was inspired by the fig tree I planted in my garden this year. When I've used fig as a note in other perfumes I've tended to focus on the fruit, but for this one I wanted to capture the impression of the whole plant: leafy greens, milky sap, twisting branches. There's fruit here too, but its a green still-ripening fruit. It's fresh and clean and green and a little earthy and a little woodsy and not too sweet... and makes me feel like the manifestation of all my quarantine #PlantLadyGoals.

• .3 oz (9ml) glass roller bottle
• alcohol-free perfume oil
• notes: green fig, fig leaf, coconut, galbanum, cedarwood

Firebird perfume oils are concentrated fragrance in a base of fractionated coconut oil- super light, quickly absorbed, and non-staining. Because they're rolled on instead of sprayed, the scent is worn closer to the body than typical alcohol-based sprays- so you're not going to knock over everyone you walk past (which is a good thing, right?) The scent also doesn't evaporate as quickly as with alcohol-based perfumes, and you don't have to wait for the alcohol smell to dissipate before you get the true scent of the perfume.
